Knitting and knitting illustrations

My fingers are itching to knit so I ordered some scrumptious yarn online called Nammi (nammi means candy), hand dyed Icelandic laceweight wool, the first Icelandic knitting lessons DVD and a knittng book, also Icelandic, called Prjóniprjón (Knitti-knit).

I am also hoping the knitting will inspire me to draw more knitting instructions. I really would like to draw some step by step illustrations for a knitting howto book.
