Southern Innovator magazine

Southern Innovator's first issue is being printed today! The editor, David South, just sent me this photo. He is at the plant overseeing the process of the printing as I write this. The cover will go for laminating today, finish binding tomorrow and then ship to New York on Thursday.

Southern Innovator magazine is published by UNDP’s Special Unit for South-South Cooperation. It is intended to showcase innovation-led ways people across the global South are making money and fighting poverty. It will be distributed around the world and online. The editor, Eva and I have been developing this magazine for a while now so it's a great feeling knowing that is is finally being printed and launched soon.

New beginnings, new office, etc.

I have settled quite well into my new office now (I got it in November). It is in down town Reykjavik. My good friend and a talented fellow graphic designer was so kind to offer me the other desk in her office on Laugavegur 13. Thanks Eva! I am so happy to be here and it's a nice change to be going out to work for a change rather than going into the next room.

Laugavegur is the main shopping street in down town Reykjavik (for those of you thad don't know that). So my office is in the best spot in town! Please stop by to see me and have a coffee or a tea when you are in town!

Thanks to the internet my website is still in the same place ;) I have been working on some new things and I will show them to you as soon as I can.

Iceland

My family and I have moved back to Iceland after having lived in London for 6 and a half years. Glad to be back. More news later :)
